Key Surgical’s Endoscopy team have had an incredible first year with us, facing many challenges along the way within the current environment of 2020. The teams goals are to provide our customers with quality, support and innovative solutions. Our Account Managers can support you in understanding your needs and working with you to find the right solution. Our Clinical Specialist will support you in any training of products or additionally if you need an Endoscopy Audit. The Customer Service team, who are always at hand, are here to answer any of your questions.

Say hello to our Endo Team!

I have been in the healthcare industry since 2003, working within Endoscopy. For over 10 years in the NHS, my role was both in decontamination and clinical including all diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, with a particular interest in ERCP’s and GI bleeds. Additionally, I have also been a clinical trainer and product support for Endoscopy capital equipment.

A little more about me though, I am a proud Army veteran with operation tours of service and still enjoy leading an active lifestyle through boxing and the gym!  I am dynamic with a passionate drive to troubleshoot, support and train within my role as a clinical specialist to fulfil complete client satisfaction and needs. I have a demonstrated history of working within the hospital and health care industry, specialising in Endoscopy consumables. Always looking to continuously improve, learn and provide support to my customers with their patient care needs.

I have been working within the NHS for over seven years in different guises. I work in the Endoscopy team supporting our customer’s needs on Endoscopy consumables. I always take it upon myself to impart knowledge in helping others reach their goals.
